Your new responsibilities

• With limited supervision, leads less experienced associates, while performing all the same duties as the grade 6 Material Handlers.
• Plans and oversees the shipping/receiving and handling of materials.
• Oversees storage of materials, follows instructions and issues, receives materials and supplies.
• Responsible for verification of documents and can train less experienced material handlers on an ongoing basis.
• Interacts with Engineers, production control and production departments daily.
• Drives truck for deliveries from Osram to Norton Warehouse and other facilities if needed. Receives incoming deliveries for both truck and container.
• In depth knowledge of material staging, placement and pull for shipments.

What we look for

• Must successfully pass Industrial Lift Physical & Drug Test.
• Must be tested/maintain a valid lift operation license/certification.
• Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.
• Must show the ability to train others effectively.
• Must have Valid NH CDL DOT license.
• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
