Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the design-build process. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring quality control, coordinating with employees and subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Help develop the scope of work and objectives of each project

Lead and manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budge

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production plan

Collaborate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality standards.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Identify and resolve project challenges proactiv

Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulation

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and report

Create daily logs to document progress on job sites

Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the design-build or renovation industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.

Proficiency in project management software (Buildertrend) and tools.

Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.

Knowledge of permitting and local building regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
