A community-focused food cooperative in Hillsborough, NC, is looking for a pastry baker to create high-quality baked goods in a scratch commercial pastry bakery. This full-time position requires availability from 6pm to 2am and weekends. Ideal candidates will have recipe reading skills, self-motivation, and the ability to stand for long periods. Experience in commercial pastry baking is preferred, as well as the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams.
