Pastry baker in our scratch commercial pastry bakery will produce a high-quality products in a production environment.
Qualifications- Available to work 6pm - 2am and weekends.
- Read and follow recipes in English.
- Regular, predictable attendance.
- Self-motivation / direction.
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, bend, twist, and lift 50# repeatedly.
- Work safely around hot ovens.
- Physical dexterity to cut, shape and decorate.
- Commercial pastry baking experience.
- Multilingual a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with co-workers from various cultural backgrounds.
