• Lead shifts, supervising crew and other managers, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shift schedules, monitor performance, and take corrective action to meet standards.
• Maintain food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance.
• Communicate with next Shift Manager for continuity.
• Achieve target metrics for safety, security, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Prior leadership experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, training, and scheduling skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environment.
