• Installation of interior trim and built‑in cabinetry
• Installation of interior doors and pocket doors
• Installation of door and cabinet hardware
• Miscellaneous framing, siding, and roofing on a small scale
• Window and exterior door installation
• Siding and exterior trim
• IPE decking installation
• Exterior railing construction
• Building stairs
• Screening porches
• Analyzing and solving problems on‑site
• Interacting with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals
• Framing experience and expertise is a PLUS

• At least 3 years experience as a full‑time Carpenter in residential remodeling
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
• Ability to read and take action on blueprints
• Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
