Culcavy, Lisburn

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour min

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9-5pm

Your Role:

We are excited to open this opportunity for a Stocks Administrator to work for our internationally renowned logistics client in the BT26 post code area. A desirable role boasting working hours of Monday to Friday. Own transport advantageous due to location of site.

Your Responsibilities:

-Counting stock in the warehouse efficiently

-Investigate any discrepancies fully

-Work as part of a team and independently

-Data entry onto spreadsheets

-Prepare Order picking/ Inventory sheets

-Prepare Loading Paperwork

-Any other paperwork to support transport department

You will have:

-Previous experience in an administrative role within the stocks, logistics or operations sector

-Knowledge of stock control systems is desirable

-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

-Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-H&S compliance, ensuring and promoting the best H&S Standards using Safe, sound check lists, safety conversations would be an advantage
