Senior Architect

* Overview
* This role is wide ranging and requires involvement from surveys, feasibility studies and budgeting, up to design development, technical submissions, fabrication drawings, on-site installation and contract management.

The sectors of employment are also varied ranging from residential to commercial, civic and conservation. Interior fitouts, new and historic facades and exterior landscapes and public realm works.

The locations are ever growing, Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, London and increasingly in UAE. Regular short trips will be frequent.

The product range is more restrictive. Just natural stone, with some low carbon, sustainable alternatives.

No natural stone experience is necessary but the following is essential;

· ARB or CITA registered

· 10+ years of onsite experience

· 5+ years of contract management

· Ability with AutoCAD

· Ability with Photoshop

· Ability with surveying equipment

· Being able to be self-motivated and lead a team

· Ability to react quickly and seize opportunities

· A outgoing personality who continually upsells

· Licence, passport and a love for travel
