Civils Quantity Surveyor (Dublin Project)

We are a leading civil engineering contractor delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects across Ireland, seeking an experienced Civils Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team for a major Dublin infrastructure scheme.

• Manage the commercial and contractual elements of the major civil engineering project from early stages to completion.
• Work closely with senior commercial managers, project teams, and client representatives.
• Responsible for cost control, measurement, subcontract management, procurement, valuations, and reporting.
• Prepare and review contractual documentation, monitor project performance, manage change, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Contribute to commercial strategy, provide accurate financial forecasting, and support decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering sector, ideally on large‑scale or complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial awareness, excellent analytical skills, and solid understanding of contract forms commonly used in civils projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (required).
• Experience working in Ireland or with Irish contract frameworks (advantage).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
