What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility and functional challenges
• Develop individualized therapy plans and track progress
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and recovery

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
• Valid NJ PT license (or eligibility)
• 1+ year experience in rehab, SNF, or subacute preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
