. Starting Salary: $19 per hour and up.

As a Citizens Teller, you’ll greet customers in the lobby and use technology to demonstrate our mobile app or ATMs for simple transactions. You’ll create amazing experiences by offering personalized advice and solutions, connecting customers to our Bankers for next steps. Your knowledge of Citizens products will educate customers and allow you to answer questions effectively. All financial policies and procedures will be followed, including proper cash handling and compliance with state and local regulations.

You’ll greet customers, help them with transactions, and identify their financial needs. You’ll provide personalized recommendations, ensure compliance with policies, and build lasting relationships.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital).
• Minimum 1 year customer‑experience experience recommending products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions, identify needs, and develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer‑centric orientation.
• Comfort with digital technology for business goals.
• Availability for branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

• 1 year of transaction processing experience.

• Hours per week: 20.

The salary range for this position is $23.10–$24.97 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including location, skills, and experience. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
