Applications will be accepted for elementary math and ela tutors during the  school year. The tutor's primary responsibility is to assist schools in improving the academic achievement of 3rd through 5th grade students who are 1-2 grade levels below their typically performing peers. The tutor will engage in direct tutoring support to small groups of 4-6 students along with a classroom teacher for 5-6 sessions per day.

Qualifications:
-Substitute teacher certification and/or bachelor's degree is preferred
-Demonstartes knowledge of math and literacy with specific emphasis onthe Foundational Skills


Salary:
$25.00 per hour for five hours per day
