Reporting to the Assistant Director, this position willbe responsible for the development and implementation of program activities for Green Chimneys’ summer camps. The Program Manager will oversee all curriculum development for each group ofcampers, develop, and maintain relationshipswithcamp families,assist intrainingandsupervisingsummerstaff, andassist inthe day to day operations of the summer camps.
This is a temporary appointment. (May to September) Not benefit eligible.
Bachelor’s Degree required, but will consider non-degreedorcandidates working towards their degreewithequivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ administrative experience; supervisory experience; and experience working in Outdoor Education and/or camp programs. The Program Manager must have Responding to Emergencies and CPR for the Professional Rescuer OR the ability to obtain certification within the first 3 months of employment
