Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center – West Orange, NJ

This full‑time position calls for a compassionate, skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated care team.

• Work as part of the Therapy Team.
• Measure and record residents’ function, gait, strength, ROM, balance, and mobility.
• Observe residents and write evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and all necessary documentation.
• Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises.
• Treat residents with a variety of techniques, including soft‑tissue mobilization and exercise progression.
• Help residents use necessary equipment and devices.
• Educate residents on how to exercise properly to strengthen muscle and improve function.
• Maintain residents’ confidence by keeping information confidential.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts and goals.

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current New Jersey State PT license.
• Experience in long‑term‑care settings preferred.
