Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

• Implement initiatives that reinforce Babco’s culture, values, and sense of belonging.
• Support programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and well‑being.
• Visit different locations across New Jersey to connect with teams and understand their needs.
• Collaborate with onboarding and retention processes.
• Facilitate communication between operational and administrative teams to foster connection and trust.
• Gather feedback and insights from employees to continuously improve engagement and workplace experience.

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, organizational culture, or engagement roles.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel within New Jersey.
• Empathetic, proactive, and passionate about creating positive work environments.
