About

The Role

The Warehouse Coordinator monitors warehouse inventory and supervises staff to ensure accurate and efficient storage and shipping of products. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, packaging, and replenishment.

Assign tasks for railcar loading and site sanitation.

Supervise warehouse staff, prioritizing worker safety.

Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products.

Ensure proper and timely delivery of products.

Perform inventory counts and order supplies as needed.

Supervise forklift operations and maintain equipment.

Keep shipping documentation and enter data into reports.

Verify shipment materials match packing lists.

Assist in hiring and training new staff.

Ensure proper handling and placement of products.

Motivate and lead staff to perform effectively.

Adhere to facility rules, laws, and regulations.

Improve warehouse processes for efficiency.

Participate in setting organizational goals and policies.

Stay updated on trends in warehousing and storage.

About You

Experience in a warehouse position.

Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.

Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.

Physical stamina to work long hours and lift 50+ pounds.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
