Warehouse Associate

We are in search of a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The role supports the flow of products while maintaining safety, quality, and customer service.

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping.
• Receive, stock, rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts after proper training.
• Assist with warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Abide by all safety and compliance protocols.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry‑level candidates welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems, scanners, and data entry tasks.
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts and measurements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, meet deadlines, and work overtime as needed.
• Physical: regularly lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs; walk, climb, kneel, stoop, balance frequently.

The pay range for this role is $15.86 - $19.23 per hour
