Principle Accountabilities:

Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness

Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make process more efficient

Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives

Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.

Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums

Organize and deploy activities such as Trade Shows Manage and Create Content for Internal Communication on all platforms (Facebook Workplace, Digital Screens, Newsletters)
Plan and conduct market and public opinion research to test products or determine potential for product success, communicating results to client or management.

Create and Design engaging content for digital channels.

Work with internal teams in the planning and execution of our booths at trade shows. Travel required.

Education/

Experience:

A degree in Marketing or related field or the equivalent level of experience

Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge in design and video software (ex. Adobe)
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools

High attention to detail

Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
