Position: Service Writer
Location: Hilo, HI
Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $24/hour
Experience: Clerical experience and customer service experience required.
Type: Full-time;
Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Employers Options is seeking a Service Writer to join a growing and dynamic team!
- Greet customers at the front desk and assist with service requests.
- Document service details and maintain accurate records for service orders.
- Coordinate communication between customers and service technicians.
- Enter service information and updates into internal computer systems.
- Provide status updates to customers regarding service progress.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to service operations.
- Support general office and administrative tasks as needed.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Front desk or reception experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
