JOB DESCRIPTION
**** KEY OUTCOMES**:
* * Input repair orders into the system and assign work orders to technicians based on their skill level and certification*
* * Monitor technician’s work hours on each work order and determine if technician needs assistance in diagnosing repair of the car*
* * Maintain shop capacity control and advise Service Consultants of capacity status throughout the day*
* * Provide accurate time of completion estimates for each repair order and advise Service Consultants if the work order will be completed before or after the original estimated timeframe*
* * Review repair orders from technician when work is completed to ensure all work has been completed*
* * Maintain and control library of repair manuals and special service tools (SST)*
* * Order and maintain shop supply inventory (oil, lubricants, and miscellaneous shop supplies)*
* * Ensure there isn’t more than one repair order per technician at any given time
*** QUALIFICATIONS**:
* List the relevant qualifications that are needed to successfully achieve the key outcomes required for the job.  Note any preferred qualifications, if applicable.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

* Work Experience:

* * Minimum three years of automotive service experience

* * Proficient with dealer management system*
* * Dealer Track knowledge preferred*
* * Proficient with Microsoft Word*
* * Good driving record*
* * Able to operate standard and manual transmission

JOB DESCRIPTION
** Servco is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our team! This position will ensure a smooth flow of work to our auto technicians in accordance to their abilities, monitor timely completion of work, and ensure that each item on the repair order has been thoroughly completed.
*** Responsibilities:

* Dealer Track experience preferred
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Strong communication and customer relations skills
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Auto service dispatching experience preferred
