- Teach, mentor and assist with program development and resident education
- Fully utilize POCUS and comfortable teaching these skills
- Care of children and adults, manage outpatient panel, embrace resident advisor role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow‑up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
