Responsibilities- Deliver an exceptional in‑branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs.
- Demonstrate digital banking options and fulfill customers’ day‑to‑day transactional needs.
- Advise customers on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their financial needs.
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm; rotational Saturday (hours may vary).
CompensationPay starts at $21.50 – $25.50 /hr, commensurate with experience, plus sales incentives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have- Associate’s degree in a business‑related field, equivalent work experience; or
- High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a sales and service environment.
- 2 years of cash‑handling experience.
- 2 years of customer service, referrals and sales experience.
- Retail/branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to understand finance and credit concepts.
- Project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Digitally savvy, confident and well‑versed in the use of digital banking technology.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow‑through.
- Agile and resourceful in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Upbeat, positive, with a growth mindset and quick learner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
- Handle confidential matters judiciously.
