Base pay range: $17.56/hr - $26.34/hr.

As a Unit Clerk at U.S. Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, providing operational support to maintain clinic operations and deliver best customer care for patients living with kidney disease.

• Customer Care: greet patients and visitors, answer phones, address patient questions, and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Operational Support: update and maintain medical records, prepare patient charts for treatments, audit records for compliance, enter charges and prepare billing logs, complete required forms and reports, ensure supplies inventory, prepare lab slips and direct lab work.

• Six months of relevant experience in a clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in an administrative position preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
