Candidate must have hawaii license by start of assignment.this position is for a candidate with primary acute inpatient experience primary coverage in acute rehab and secondary icf/snf rehab.to evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients; plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist and provide consulting physical therapist services.

Must be available to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.equipment utilized in the unit/dept.emr - meditechrequired skills and minimum years of experience.minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (acute, rehab hosp., snf) specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.blsshift or schedule requirements. Variable- mon-fri 8:30am-5:00pm, tues-sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or sun-thurs 8:30am-5:00pm
