Hawaiian Telcom seeks a skilled technician to provide end-to-end support for 911 system equipment located at company and customer premises. You will maintain hardware/software, perform preventive maintenance, analyze system performance, and report metrics statewide.
Key duties include trouble response, coordination with vendors, after-hours on-call support, NSCC network maintenance, and installation/repair of communications equipment. Interisland travel may be required.
