Epic is hiring a Senior In‑house Attorney to lead legal efforts across our expanding global markets. Applicants must be able to relocate to the Madison, WI campus and will receive full relocation assistance.

• Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with leading healthcare organizations worldwide.
• Lead challenging projects such as forging vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with evolving US and international legal frameworks, and managing litigation.
• Own complex legal initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Grow responsibilities rapidly as your industry knowledge expands.

• Strong academic and professional background in law.
• Attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
• Motivation to learn about intellectual property, privacy, corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
• Relocation to Madison, WI with full reimbursement.
