As a PCU RN, you’ll play a central role in patient stabilization, monitoring, and recovery. You’ll manage complex care plans for patients transitioning from ICU‑level acuity to standard medical floors, coordinate closely with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff, and contribute to meticulous discharge planning.

Your clinical duties will emphasize cardiovascular monitoring, electrolyte management, pain control, wound and drain care, and the safe use of advanced monitoring technologies.
