Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2682) s role is on-demand with flexible scheduling. Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.00 USD per hour.

ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND:
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand Team Member (TM). Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime app. Regular attendance and responsiveness to contact attempts are required. If you do not work at least one shift within 5 months, your employment may be terminated.

Should you be offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term training schedule before using the myTime app to pick up shifts.

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with guest needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide fast, accurate service to Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and related duties while complying with policies and procedures.
• Assist with cash office processes as needed and handle cash operations as required.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and helping others, including fellow team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, active environment with teamwork and problem-solving.
• You are open to flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
• Effective communication skills, a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and with a team.
