• Customer Engagement: greet customers, guide them to suitable vehicles by asking questions and actively listening.
• Vehicle Knowledge: stay informed about new and used vehicle models, features, specifications.
• Sales Process Management: accompany customers on test drives, explain vehicle capabilities, facilitate negotiations.
• Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead Generation: prospect for potential customers through calls, emails, to build a customer database and leads.
• Sales Performance: meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills are crucial for building rapport and effectively conveying information.
• The ability to negotiate pricing and financing to secure sales for both the customer and the dealership.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle features and benefits of various makes and models.
• A commitment to providing and excellent customer experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to manage paperwork, maintain customer databases, and process transactions efficiently.
