Sales Consultant - Big Island at Johnson Brothers

Johnson Brothers, a leading family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer since 1953, is looking for a Sales Consultant to grow an established spirits portfolio within the Retail customer base. The role focuses on opening new accounts in the assigned territory and maintaining strong business‑to‑business relationships.

• Ensure consistent customer contact
• Plan and execute sales initiatives
• Handle all customer‑related issues promptly and friendly
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and promotional schedules
• Make effective sales presentations
• Achieve assigned company objectives and grow business
• Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts
• Use all available POS to enhance selling efforts
• Maintain knowledge of all deals, programming, and initiatives company offers
• Follow necessary steps when making sales calls
• Provide reliable and consistent customer service to accounts
• Face‑to‑face interaction with customers
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner

• Years of Experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a Sales Representative role or higher
• Education
  • BS degree or equivalent work experience

Potential earnings: $60,000‑$75,000+ annually, based on recent sales performance.
