The Salvation Army is seeking a Residential Specialist for the Kona Emergency Shelter in Hilo, HI. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position provides essential shelter services to youth and is supervised by the Program Manager.
The role requires a high school diploma with experience in youth services or an associates degree in human services, plus valid Hawaii driver’s license and required clearances. Training in crisis intervention and CPR/First Aid is needed.
