Description
Dunes Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and creative Media Specialist to support our sales associates and marketing team by delivering consistent, high-quality visual content across all platforms. This role plays a critical part in showcasing our listings, communities, and lifestyle through professional photography, video, and digital media.
The Media Specialist will work at the direction of the Broker and Marketing Team to provide timely, visually compelling content that strengthens agent marketing and reinforces the Dunes Real Estate brand.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end visual production for residential and luxury real estate listings, encompassing interior, exterior, and aerial (drone) photography and video, including guided and self-guided property tours.
- Lead the creation of short-form and long-form video content across social media, You Tube, and digital marketing channels, aligning deliverables with platform and audience strategy.
- Ensure all photography and videos are professionally optimized and edited to meet established brand, quality, and performance standards.
- Drive the development of compelling visual content to support marketing campaigns, brokerage promotions, and brand visibility, ensuring consistency in visual branding and quality across all platforms.
- Own and maintain a current library of community, lifestyle, landscape, and neighborhood imagery
- Work closely with agents, staff, and clients to plan, schedule, and execute media projects
- Ensure consistency in visual branding and quality across all platforms
- Assist with Front Desk and administrative coverage to ensure business continuity during staff absences
- Demonstrated Real estate photography and videography experience required, drone and Matterport experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Disciplined work ethic with the ability to prioritize work and operate with minimal supervision.
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail and brand alignment
- Knowledge with You Tube, social media platforms, and digital formatting standards
- Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanor
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage equipment, schedules, and multiple projects
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Requirements
Position Requirements- Valid South Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays - Ability to work from two office locations, principally in southern Beaufort County
- FAA Part 107 drone license required (support provided for training and testing if needed)
- Professional photography and video equipment, mobile phone, MAC desktop
- FAA Part 107 training support
