Non-Invasive Cardiologist

This opportunity is with a highly respected, well-established regional healthcare system serving coastal communities in South Carolina. The organization is known for its advanced heart and vascular programs, modern diagnostic capabilities, and collaborative physician culture.

The cardiovascular service line supports multiple clinic and hospital locations in the Hilton Head region, offering excellent resources, experienced APP support, and comprehensive diagnostic services.

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its expanding cardiology team in Hilton Head, SC.

This role includes a mix of:

• Outpatient cardiology clinics
• Inpatient consults and rounding
• Non-invasive cardiac imaging
• Stress testing & echo interpretation
• Collaborative care across nearby sites

This is a full-time position with strong compensation, modern cardiology resources, and a highly supportive clinical environment.

• Provide outpatient cardiology evaluations and follow-up care
• Interpret ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac monitoring studies
• Manage chronic cardiac conditions such as CAD, CHF, valvular disease, arrhythmias, and hypertension
• Provide inpatient cardiology consults and participate in hospital rounds
• Perform or supervise stress testing and non-invasive procedures
• Collaborate with interventional cardiology, EP, imaging, and primary care
• Work closely with APPs in clinic and hospital settings
• Attend multidisciplinary heart team meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR
• Support cardiology care across the Hilton Head region

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Completed residency in Internal Medicine
• Completed fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for a South Carolina medical license
• BLS & ACLS required

• Open to new cardiology fellowship graduates
• Experienced non-invasive cardiologists strongly encouraged to apply
• Imaging experience preferred
