Hematology​/Oncology Physician

A respected, physician-led oncology group in Hilton Head, SC, is seeking a qualified Hematology & Oncology physician to join its growing outpatient team. This is a 100% ambulatory role with a strong existing patient base, top-tier facilities, and a focus on quality, community-based cancer care.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only No hospital or inpatient rounding
• Balanced hematology and oncology mix
• Average 18-20 patients per day with MA and nursing support
• Modern infusion centers, on-site labs, imaging, and radiation oncology
• Minimal call (1:7 rotation, phone only)
• Opportunity to participate in research
• Potential leadership opportunity available with an annual stipend

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $500K-$650K (DOE) Annual potential: $700K-$800K+
• Sign-on / relocation bonus:
  Up to $25K
• 5 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays
• $5K CME stipend
• Comprehensive benefits packaging including 401(k) employer retirement match
