As a Project Manager at A-1 Pools, you’ll coordinate every aspect of construction and renovation projects — from initial planning and crew management to final walkthroughs. You’ll work closely with our team and clients across the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area to ensure each project is completed on time, on budget, and above expectations.

• Lead and manage residential pool construction and renovation projects in Bluffton, Hilton Head, and nearby communities
• Coordinate with clients, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee project timelines, materials, equipment, and labor
• Ensure safety protocols, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide hands-on support when needed on job sites

• Previous experience in construction or project management (pool industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple timelines
• Comfortable with equipment operation and towing trailers (preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of permitting and scheduling is a plus
• Local knowledge of the Hilton Head/Bluffton area is a bonus
