: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
POSITION
:
Mira Sol Health is seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide operational leadership across hospice, palliative, and grief services. The COO will translate organizational strategy into scalable, compliant, and high-performing operations that enable sustainable growth while preserving Mira Sol Health’s patient-centered mission.

ORGANIZATION

Mira Sol Health is a nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing chronic conditions, end-of-life challenges, or grief. It proudly serves Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton Counties. Mira Sol Health is committed to building trust, celebrating life, and supporting patients and families.

SERVICES
:
Mira Sol Health provides an integrated continuum of care, including hospice, palliative, and grief counseling services, ensuring seamless coordination, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient experiences across care settings.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
:
The Chief Operating Officer reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works in close partnership with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.

OUR NEED

As Mira Sol Health continues to grow, the organization requires a senior operational executive to professionalize systems, optimize performance, and ensure operational rigor across all service lines.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
:
The COO is accountable for operational execution, regulatory readiness, financial stewardship, workforce performance, systems optimization, and strategic growth support.

COMPETENCIES & SELECTION CRITERIA
:
Senior healthcare operations leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to scale mission-driven organizations.

LEADERSHIP & CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
:
Executive communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, emotional intelligence, and change leadership.
