Family Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Family Practice

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our thriving outpatient family practice in beautiful Hilton Head, South Carolina. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan.

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
• Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current FNP certification and South Carolina state licensure
• DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
