Job Title

Kitchen Staff – Temporary, Full Time (02/12/2026 – 11/30/2026) at The Sea Pines Resort, 32 Greenwood Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

We are seeking 21 temporary Kitchen Staff members to support our full‑time kitchen operations. The role is full‑time (30+ hours per week) and requires on‑site work in Hilton Head Island, SC.

• Clean and sanitize chinaware, glass, silver, pots and pans, stainless steel, and the entire kitchen area including walls, floors, drains and equipment.
• Report broken or damaged equipment for repairs.
• Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
• Carry food from the kitchen to the buffet.
• Dispose of trash from kitchen area properly and maintain dumpster area.

• No minimum education or experience required.
• Must be able to work a minimum 5‑day workweek, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and bend repetitively during the entire shift.
• New employees are subject to a pre‑employment criminal background check.
• Background checks are performed equally for all workers (U.S. and foreign/H‑2B).

• Applicants must adhere to rotating shift schedule (Sunday‑Saturday, including 6:30 am‑3 pm, 8:30 am‑3 pm, 2:30 pm‑11 pm, 9 am‑11 pm). Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and business demands.

Basic wage rate: $15.50 per hour. Overtime may be available at $23.25 per hour, paid at time‑and‑half after 40 hours per workweek. Pay is received bi‑weekly.

Employer will offer a minimum of 35 hours per week. Rotating shift schedule:
Sunday‑Saturday, 6:30 am‑3 pm, 8:30 am‑3 pm, 2:30 pm‑11 pm, 9 am‑11 pm. Hours and shifts may vary with occupancy and business demands.

Employment duration:
Over 150 days.

Optional employee‑shared housing, including utilities, approximate cost $150‑$200 per week. Optional health insurance per ACA guidelines, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits available for payroll deduction if elected.

Daily transportation provided between employer housing and worksite at no cost.

Employer will provide all tools, supplies, equipment, and required uniform at no cost.
