We are currently recruiting energetic team members for our exquisite restaurants throughout the resort.

• Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers for a high volume of customers.
• Follow Sea Pines beverage standards and procedures, using the beverage manual and recipe book as references.
• Ensure all drinks are entered correctly into the Point of Sale system.
• Handle cash responsibilities as per Sea Pines policy.
• Inform guests of all beverage, food, and bar promotions.
• Keep the bar clean of empty glasses and dishes.
• Assist hosts/hostesses with greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously.
• Practice service standards daily.
• Recite menu items and ingredients accurately.
• Know all Premium/Super Premium beverage items, prices, and proper wine opening procedures.
• Present checks timely and accurately.
• Provide information about the resort and local areas.
• Perform side work accurately and promptly.
• Refill beverages timely and upsell appetizers, desserts, and drinks.
• Answer questions about daily specials.
• Comply with state liquor laws.
• Follow proper procedures for ringing checks and cash handling.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
