Location: Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island.
Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing.

Position Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, relationship management, and market development for our luxury resort property. This role requires a proven track record in hospitality sales, with a strong emphasis on resort experience and the ability to lead high-value accounts and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all market segments.
  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the resort at industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a resort environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong knowledge of resort operations, luxury travel trends, and group sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with luxury or upscale resort brands.
  • Established network of meeting planners and corporate clients.
  • Familiarity with revenue management principles and distribution channels.
  • Delphi, Meeting Broker, and Cvent knowledge.
