As a Vacation Sales Phone Representative, a typical day will include:

• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.

• Providing the highest level of service to exceed sales and volume goals.

• Ensuring all Owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are receptive to learning about products and services.

• Using persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcoming and greeting guests; anticipating and addressing their needs.

• Interacting professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.

• Contributing to team goals.

• Following all company policies and safety procedures.

To become a Vacation Sales Phone Representative:

• Highly motivated candidates with sales or customer service experience who enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.

• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.

• Position may require background and drug screening, per state and local laws.

• Ability to reach overhead, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and standing or sitting for extended periods.
