- Respond to service calls, troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial appliances/equipment.
- Perform interior and exterior routine/preventative maintenance.
- Provide grounds care, painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical.
- 2+ years maintenance experience.
- General knowledge of residential repairs: plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring.
- Diagnostic experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing a plus.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Driver's license required.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, variable shifts.
- Understand written and verbal English instructions.
