Team member Acquisitie and Public relations - Hilversum

To complement our business development team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring colleague to helpwith our acquisitions and Public relations activities. Knowledge of, and affinity with, the disciplines of landscape architecture, urban planning and/or architecture is a must. Given our integrated design assignments, we are preferably looking for an urban planner with an affinity for landscape architecture.

What are we looking for?

• Available for 32 or40 hoursper week
• A result-oriented and practical attitude. You coordinate, steer and also pick things up yourself. You work together with the partners and of course you also have direct contact with a number of other colleagues in order to achieve the best result together;
• Experience in initiating and managing selections and tenders at home and abroad. You can proactively seek out possible new projects and contacts, you know how to submit a complete acquisition package;
• Experience in implementing communication plans and with for example; publications, press releases, social media, agency website, internal and external news releases;
• Someone who is good at putting our agency's vision into words and you immerse yourself in our projects. You know how to get the essence of a project across on paper. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing. German is an advantage;
• Good graphics skills and experience with the adobe software package;
• The ability to ensure order in the hectic everyday life and have an eye for detail;

We work on a large number of projects, studies and competitions at home and abroad and our projects are at different scales: from concept to execution and from regional to detail. We have offices in Hilversum (NL) and Hamburg (DE) with a total of about 50 employees with 14 different nationalities.
