As a Senior Orchestration Partner at Monks, you will lead the charge in the post‑agency era, helping brands orchestrate marketing to flow across a fragmented landscape. You are a tech‑native consultant who seamlessly blends creativity, technology, and data to address modern complexities. By leveraging the Modern Marketer’s Growth Flywheel and AI‑driven insights, you will empower clients to achieve continuous brand relevance and measurable growth in real time.
Your role is to solve speed, scale, and spend challenges, moving brands beyond fleeting moments to enduring cultural significance through Glass Box transparency and automation at scale.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Manage digital media campaigns through the full account management life cycle. You will be the key player in kick‑off meetings, client relationship management, tech stack implementation, media optimisation, and quarterly business planning.
Develop and grow relationships with client‑side stakeholders (partners at Google, agencies, executives) in order to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approach.
Deploy AI and automation at scale to optimise the content supply chain, delivering personalised, full‑funnel advertising with maximum efficiency.
Consult clients on real‑time positioning, helping them stay ahead of cultural shifts and industry trends through adaptive, always‑on creative strategies.
Analyse data for reporting and optimising advertising campaigns.
Partner with sales and technical teams to implement standardised, sellable solutions that ensure consistent delivery and uniform ways of working globally.
Apply AI‑driven insights to reveal cultural patterns and report on performance, focusing on outcomes rather than overhead.
Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
Supporting the sales team with pre‑sales and marketing efforts.
Helping to strategise and improve our account management teams’ processes and operations as Mighty Hive continues to grow at a rapid pace.
This person will be responsible for managing accounts across the region.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
4+ years of tech‑enabled consultative expertise in digital advertising, with a track record of orchestrating complex marketing ecosystems.
Deep AI fluency and hands‑on experience leveraging automation to drive scale and speed in programmatic environments (DV360, CM360, SA360).
Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to turn "Glass Box" data into actionable real‑time intelligence.
Proven ability to architect solutions within the Modern Marketer’s Growth Flywheel, integrating GMP, GCP, and other platform‑agnostic technologies.
Excellent consultative approach, acting as the face and voice in the room to simplify complex AI and tech concepts for clients.
Desire to build a company from an early stage.
Media planning and social experience would be preferred.
Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexible, versatile and driven to obtain new skills and scale knowledge to take on uncharted territory.
