Het salaris loopt volgens cao PO in schaal LB (€3.622,- tot €5.520,- bruto per maand). Daarnaast is er 8% vakantietoeslag, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en reiskostenvergoeding; ontvangst een warm welkom en begeleiding
