Sluis uit 1999 met stalen damwandkolk en houten puntdeuren
Verouderde installaties; vervanging van deurbewegingen, brugbewegingsinstallatie en bedieningssystemen voorzien
Aanvullende civiele maatregelen: conservering van stalen onderdelen en vervanging wrijfgordingen
Totale investeringsopgave: circa € 647.800 excl. btw (op basis van MJOP/raming)
Rol en verantwoordelijkheden
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
Opstellen integraal projectplan
Bundelen van werkzaamheden van meerdere sluizen
Opstellen Programma van Eisen en functionele specificaties (civiel + M&E)
Voorbereiden en begeleiden van de aanbesteding
Opstellen raming en VAT-begroting
