What you'll do   Collaborate with design and development teams to create innovative materials for footwear.
Conduct thorough research and testing to ensure materials meet performance and sustainability standards.
Requirements   A minimum of 5 years of experience in materials development, preferably in the footwear industry.
A degree in Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of material properties and their applications in footwear design.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Nice to have   

Experience with sustainable materials and processes.
Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and their application in footwear.
Skills & tools   Proficiency in CAD software and material testing tools.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating material performance.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Practical notes  This position may require occasional travel within the EMEA region.
