About The Job  The Head of Marketing at Spinnin' Records is the senior strategic leader who holds accountability for developing, executing, and overseeing all marketing campaigns and strategies for the record label and its artists. This pivotal role requires the individual to serve as a hands-on leader, responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a multidisciplinary marketing team, driving both commercial success and audience growth.
