Based out of our European hub in Utrecht, the Project Manager handles the end-to-end planning, execution, and closing of live event lighting projects across Europe and beyond. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing schedules, budgets, logistics, and on‑site crews to deliver flawless immersive experiences.

• Manage project life cycles from initial client handoff to post-event debrief.
• Build and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate gear prep, international shipping, and customs logistics across European borders.

• Act as the main liaison for tour managers, venue leads, and production directors.
• Proactively manage changes in scope, tight deadlines, and on‑site troubleshooting.

• Brief and oversee on‑site technicians, operators, and local freelance crews.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and client expectations during load‑in, showtime, and load‑out.

• 3+ years of experience in project management within live events, touring, AV production, or experiential marketing.
• Strong understanding of event logistics, venue operations, and technical production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple fast‑moving projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Calm under pressure with excellent problem‑solving skills in high‑stakes environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and work non‑standard hours (evenings/weekends) during event deliveries.
