Een zorgorganisatie in Hilversum zoekt een ambulant psychiatrisch gezinsbegeleider om kinderen en adolescenten te begeleiden in de thuissituatie. Je biedt ondersteuning aan cliënten om hun zelfredzaamheid te bevorderen en crises te stabiliseren. Met een breed scala aan arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een bruto maandsalaris van €2.885,- tot €4.478,- en een contract voor 24-36 uur per week, kom je te werken in een professionele en ondersteunende omgeving.
